ASTM A182 F904L Stainless Steel Pipe Flanges

Stainless Steel 904l Flanges are made up of a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel material. The material has 23% nickel, 19% chromium and carbon, silicon, cupper, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus and 4% molybdenum in the composition. The flanges come under ASTM A182 and ASTM A240 specifications. The ASTM A182 F904L Stainless Steel Flanges are highly corrosion resistant. They are in particular resistance to chloride ion, mild acids and oxidation. Therefore these flanges can be used in sour water services, sea water, brackish water and in marine applications.
