Din 2573 Flange Dimensions
Din 2573 Flange Dimensions range in nominal sizes, wall thicknesses, outer diameters and in the hub and base sizes. The nominal sizes of the flanges range from ½ inches to 48 inches or 15NB to 1200NB. This also corelates to the DIN measurements from DIN 10 through DIN 5000. The flange din 2573 pn6 is a low pressure class flange. The pressure numbers for these flanges range from PN6 through PN64.
Din 2573 Flange
The flanges also come in different faces. The flat face flanges are used in general applications. The raised face flanges offer extra connection surface for welding and bolting. The ring type joint flanges allow for better and leak proof connections. The din 2573 flange dimensions are selected carefully for different application types. The dimensions vary for different material types as well. There are stainless steel, duplex, alloy steel and carbon steel flanges. Each of these materials has different mechanical, chemical and physical properties. The low pressure flanges such as the flange din 2573 pn10 are made up of stainless steel and carbon steel materials. High alloy flanges are used when the high tensile strength and high temperature, pressure capabilities are required for the din 2573 standard flange dimension.
