Din 2635 Flange ranges from DIN 10 to DIN 5000 in nominal sizes. The imperial measurement equates to ½ inches through 48 inches. The dimensions of the flanges are according to the DIN 2635 standard. The flanges can come in different pressure capacities, different materials, face types and functional types. The Din 2635 Pn16 Flange is one of the low pressure capable flanges. There are flange pressure numbers ranging from PN6 to PN64 or pressure classes 150 through 2500. These flanges can handle pressures up to 2500lbs. the Flanges Din 2635 Pn40 is a medium range pressure flange.

The pressure capacities of the flanges depend on the diameter, wall thickness and the material used for the making of the flange. The flanges can be made plate, screwed, forged or threaded in the manufacturing. The welding neck flange din 2635 has a weld neck that can be welded to the pipe. The flange material is selected carefully to incorporate the welding process. A few applications require high pressure high temperature flanges. For these, high alloy materials are used. Some other applications require general purpose flanges. For these, ordinary stainless steel or carbon steel could be used. The din 2635 pn 40 flange dimensions vary with the face type of the flanges as well. There are flat face, raised face and ring type joint flanges.
