Din 2642 Flange Dimensions are along with the ASME B16.5 standard dimensions. The wall thicknesses, outer diameters and hub at base dimensions vary for different types and pressure classes. The flanges range in nominal sizes from ½ inches to 48 inches or DIN 10 to DIN 5000. The Flange Din 2642 Pn10 is a low pressure flange. The flange pressure capacities vary from 150lbs to 2500lbs represented by pressure classes 150 through 2500 and pressure numbers PN6 through PN64.

There are different functional types such as the Din 2642 Lap Joint Flange, socket weld flange, blind flange, weld neck flange and other types as well. The flange faces differ as ring type joint, raised face and flat face. The different types have different Din 2642 Pn10 Flange Dimensions. The dimensions are selected as per the strength, pressure capacities and the temperature requirements. To achieve the correct properties, different material grades are used. The materials used can be stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel or duplex steel. The flanges are made in different manufacturing types such as threaded, plate, screwed and forged types.
