The En 14399 6 Washer M24 was also used to be known as the high strength structural bolting assemblies. These are used for preloading of the high strength structural assemblies. The hardness of this washer and the En 14399-6 equivalent types range from 300HV to 370HV. The application of the washers in preload assemblies provides better fatigue performance. The washers also enable the fasteners not to loosen under high vibrations. The sizes of the ISO EN 14399-6 Flat Washers range from #2 through #12 with inside diameters ranging from 3/32 inches to ¼ inches and from ¼ inches to 2inches with inside diameters ranging from 9/32 inches to 1 1/16 inches.
