High Nickel Alloy Fasteners are made up of metal alloys that have Nickel as the prominent component. Types of nickel alloys vary such as Monel grades, Incoloy grades, Inconel grades, Hastelloy and other commercially pure nickel alloys. The Nickel Alloy Uns N02200 Hexagon Nut is made up of a commercially pure nickel alloy that has above 99% nickel in the composition.
This is an expensive material and is used in specific applications such as chemical processing and in acid production plants. The material is highly resistant to corrosion and has good strength. The Uns N02201 Structural Bolts have 403MPa minimum tensile strength and 103MPa minimum yield strength in the annealed condition. The fasteners range in dimensions and sizes according to the different standards they are produced under.
The Asme Sa160 Nickel Alloy Threaded Stud Bolts and other fasteners can range in size from M3 to M150 with lengths varying from 3mm to 200mm. The diameter, length and the material composition of the fasteners are considered for different types of applications. The Nickel Alloy 201 Nuts can come in different types such as the hex nuts and square nuts. The applications of these fasteners can be seen in the food processing equipment, exhaust systems, equipment and tools, engine components and other chemical applications. The Nickel Alloy 200 Screws are also used interchangeably with the 201 fasteners in applications such as marine and seawater equipment, valve and pump parts, shafts and in high heat applications.
