PTFE Coated Bolts and Nuts are made up of different material grades and are coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, a polymer that has abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Corrosion prone material made fasteners can be coated with PTFE to make PTFE Coated Machine Screw and other fasteners to make sure they do not corrode under corrosive environments.
