SABS 1123 Flanges are forged, threaded, screwed or plate flanges as manufactured. These also differ in the face type of the flange such as the flat face, raised face and the ring type joint. There are different pressure classes. The Stainless Steel SABS 1123 Class 1000 Flanges are a medium pressure class flanges where the pressure classes can range from 150 through 2500 corresponding to the pressure capacities in Lbs. The Sabs 1123 Threaded Flanges are used with threaded pipe ends. The flanges are usually female threaded and the male threaded pipe ends connect to the flanges through threads. The threaded flanges can also be welded with pipes based on the application requirements.
