XM 19 Stainless Steel Bolts
XM 19 Stainless Steel Bolts are made up of a material that is known as UNS S20910 or Nitronic 50. The material has carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, an other elements in trace quantities. The Stainless Steel XM-19 Bolts have high corrosion resistance properties because of the 20% chromium and the 11% nickel in the composition. the material is a nitrogen strengthened austenitic stainless steel. It has better mechanical properties than the 304 and 316 materials. The XM 19 Stainless Steel Hex Screw is one type of the fasteners where there are other types such as bolt, nuts and washers.

Alloy 50 Stud Bolt
The material can be annealed, rolled or made for high strength applications. The annealed fasteners range from ½ inches to 12 inches, the rolled materials range from 2 inches to 6 inches and the high strength fasteners range from ½ inches to 24 inches. The XM-19 Steel Nut is strong and corrosion resistance that it can be used in high corrosive applications such as the chemical, fertilizer and in petrochemical industrial applications. The Nitronic 50 fasteners are also used in marine, nuclear, petroleum, pulp and paper, textile and in food processing applications. The dimensions of the fasteners are governed by different international standards such as the ASME SA 320 SS xm-19 bolts. The high strength fasteners are produced by annealing them a second time and then cold working. This increases the physical strength of the fastener so that it can be used in high strength applications. There are different type such as the Alloy 50 Stud Bolt which are used in different applications. These are also used to make chains, cables, fittings, hardware, tanks and other structures.
